They were good. However they were dry, I think bc the package had lost its vacuum seal..The summer sausage was excellent !!

Great flavor and cut to the perfect size for snacking! I will be ordering some more for hunting season snacking.

You can hardly taste the jalapeno in the sausage. It took multiple sausages to get a slight taste of the jalapeno. You probably need to up the ingredients
